12naga Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1Member Eligibility

To register and use the 12naga platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged at least 18 years old on the date of registration and throughout the duration of membership.
• Is an individual (not a company, body, or other entity) acting on their own behalf.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list on any known online gaming platform.
• Using the platform solely for personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.

Eligibility to use the 12naga platform is also subject to the laws in effect at your location. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with their local laws. 12naga is not liable for any legal consequences arising from use of the platform by individuals who are not permitted to do so in their respective jurisdictions.

2Account Registration

The 12naga account registration process is simple, fast, and free. However, it is subject to the following conditions:

• Each individual is only permitted to register one account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date — including your full name, phone number, and identification details.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
• Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You are prohibited from selling, transferring, or sharing your account with any other party.

Once registration is complete, you can log in using your chosen username and password. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security to protect your account from unauthorized access.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

12naga supports a variety of local Malaysia payment methods for members' convenience. All financial transactions are subject to the following policy:

• Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. No currency exchange fees are charged.
• Deposit methods: DuitNow QR, FPX (all major Malaysia banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer.
• Deposit time: Deposits are processed instantly once payment confirmation is received from the financial service provider.
• Withdrawal time: Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for supported payment methods.
• Minimum limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set according to the chosen payment method and are displayed in the Finance section of the account dashboard.
• Withdrawal verification: All withdrawal requests exceeding certain limits require verification via 2FA before being processed.

12naga reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawal processing if suspicious activity is detected or if additional identity verification is required. In such cases, the customer support team will contact the relevant member via their registered contact details.

4Game Rules

All games available on the 12naga platform — including slots, fish shooting games, bingo, live casino, and the game lobby — are subject to the following general rules:

• Every game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by internationally accredited bodies to ensure the fairness and randomness of every outcome.
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is verified evidence of a technical failure confirmed by the 12naga technical team.
• In the event of a technical disruption, disconnection, or server failure during an active game, 12naga will settle the wager based on valid server records.
• Members are prohibited from using any automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools while playing on the platform.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5Bonuses and Promotions

12naga offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered members. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer, as well as the following general rules:

• Each bonus has a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before the bonus funds or any associated wins can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are limited to one claim per member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• 12naga reserves the right to void any bonus found to have been claimed through fraudulent means, misuse, or violation of promotional terms.
• Seasonal promotions for Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, and other local celebrations are subject to a set validity period and cannot be extended.
• Bonus value cannot be transferred to another account and has no cash value beyond use within the platform.

The 12naga tiered membership program gives members access to exclusive benefits such as higher weekly rebates, enhanced withdrawal limits, and early access to new games. Membership tier standing is calculated based on total wagering activity within the defined period.

6Prohibited Activities and Fraudulent Conduct

To ensure a fair and safe gaming environment for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12naga platform:

• Use of third-party software, automated bots, scripts, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or errors in the game or payment systems.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.

• Spreading false or misleading information about the 12naga platform to the public.
• Registering using a false identity or altered or invalid identification documents.

7Account Suspension and Closure

A member's account may be suspended or closed under the following circumstances:

• At member's request: Members may request account closure or self-exclusion at any time via the account dashboard or by contacting the customer support team.
• Terms violation: Accounts found to be in violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions may be suspended or closed immediately without prior notice.
• Suspicious activity: Accounts displaying suspicious or unusual activity patterns may be temporarily suspended for investigation purposes.
• Identity verification failed: Failure to provide valid identity verification documents within the specified period may result in account suspension.

Upon account closure, any valid remaining balance (not linked to any fraudulent activity or terms violation) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method. This refund process may take up to 14 business days depending on the outcome of the review.

• Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations.

9Platform Liability Limits

12naga provides an online entertainment gaming platform and makes no guarantees regarding expected financial outcomes. Regarding liability limits:

• 12naga is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
• 12naga's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

10Terms Amendments and Applicable Law
